School of Agility Grit & Entrepreneurship

Many people look at entrepreneurship as glamorous and lucrative from the outside in. Some people conjure dreams of glory and riches that come with entrepreneurship, mostly due to the influence of social media. There are lots of stories about the capper of entrepreneurship in the form of acquisition, funding announcements, or graceful exits. People rarely hear about the harsh realities that entrepreneurs struggle with and the journey that this entails. This course will highlight the tough realities behind an entrepreneur’s journey and how grit can help entrepreneurs grapple with and overcome those hard realities. 

Participants will learn what it takes to develop perseverance powered by passion to continue with their startup journey and to stay committed to their goals despite setbacks, drawbacks, and obstacles.
