In addition to innovation, organizations are realizing the importance of being agile and the importance of increasing digital literacy among people in the face of disruption.

This course will talk about the changes on how people work and how to increase digital literacy. Improving the digital literacy in the workplace means that every employee will meet a basic standard of technical knowledge and skills. This course will also talk about how to develop agility, people with agility can drive ahead and embrace change instead of resisting them.

Participants will also learn the challenges in developing an agile culture and increasing digital literacy as a group effort.
