This course will focus on the growing importance of financial technology (or fintech) in one of the fastest-moving and most disruptive industries globally. Fintech is constantly and rapidly reinventing traditional business models within the financial sector. As the use of smartphones fuels the digital revolution and rapid progress is made in technologies, like artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data analytics, there is a rising interest in utilizing fintech to achieve financial inclusion, which refers to the availability and equality of opportunities to access financial services. 

Participants will understand how agile leadership helps financial institutions to design and provide appropriate, affordable, and timely financial products and services to the unbanked and underbanked sectors of society. This course will also highlight how to build a fintech company and utilize the knowledge of traditional banking.
